Hailey Hipsher
Meet Hailey
Hailey has over 20 years of synchronized skating experience and has been a coach with the Northernettes since 2018. Hailey grew up skating for Chicago Jazz and then continued her skating career at Miami University in Ohio at the Junior and Collegaite levels. She represented Team USA internationally six times as an athlete, and now six times as a coach!
Hailey holds four National Championship gold medals in addition to her five National medals, as well as an international gold medal as an athlete. Hailey has loved all aspects of synchronized skating since she started it at 8 years old and now loves continuing that passion through coaching and helping to develop competitive synchronized skaters.
When Hailey is not at the rink, she is likely working her corporate job in employee engagement or spending time with her husband, Ryan, and her Bernese Mountain Dog, Ginny!

Her ultimate goal is to foster driven athletes who embrace challenges, learn from every experience, and find joy in their pursuit of excellence.

Hailey’s Accomplishments and Awards
Hailey holds four National Championship gold medals (1 at the Juvenile Level, as well as 3 at the Collegiate level), in addition to her five National medals as an athlete. She earned an international gold medal in 2013 in Neuchatel, Switzerland.
As a coach, she has helped guide the Northernettes Junior team to two international medals.
She was the 2016 Hal Jasper Award Winner for her community service work which was awarded on behalf of Miami Athletics.
